purchased a Wok Bowl through Major Menu's at my job. I have never eaten at Giardino's so I had no idea that a Wok bowl meant rice with uncooked vegetables. A wok is a pan that you cook food in so I assumed that the veggies that were included plus the mushrooms and broccoli that I had added would be cooked. There was nothing on the menu that stated otherwise. When I called to state my complaint, the guy apologized and told me that it was eatable! Well, had I wanted uncooked vegetables, I would have ordered a salad. Thanks but no thanks, I won't order again and the customer service sucks!
Amazing service and great food. The staff was helpful and let me try many of the options. The salads taste fresh and have many options.
The best thing about Giardino, aside from the fact that I now work close enough to walk there, is the large variety of fresh items that they have. They have salads and wraps. Choose one of their many types or make your own variety if you like. Soups are good as well. Good selection of fountain or bottled drinks too.
Service was very friendly but the food was terrible. The sour guac dressing left the worst taste ever in my mouth, the lettuce in the salad was far from fresh (brown and slimy), my co-worker had major stomach issues after eating the la fiesta wrap. $38.00 later, I had an after taste that needed scrubbed off and my co-worker may end up at the ER.
My newly found love. I was trying something more vegan but still put some bacon on a quinoa bowl. Different and good.
