Very good food, staff were extremely nice and accommodating. So good we looked other locations and plan on visiting them when we travel again.
Best ribs! Great service. Blair was our waiter at a table in the bar area. Very attentive- he noticed I was fanning myself because it was a little hot, and he adjusted the room temperature. Kudos to Blair for being engaged with his customers!
I always have a good experience at this location. The food is good and affordable. The service is fast and the servers are attentive. It's also very close to lots of shopping opportunities.
I stopped here because I65N was jammed up, and I was hungry. There was a wait for a table, but as I was alone I headed to the bar, where there were plenty of open seats. There was brisk take out and have a drink while you wait business at the side of the bar. But, for me, getting attention at the bar to place an order took a long time. Several men who arrived at the bar after me were served before me. I'm sure it was the exasperated hand gestures and facial expressions that finally got me some attention from the bar tender. No greeting, just "are you take out or eating here?" Service was perfunctory, at best. No smiles. No interaction at all. If not for the traffic jam and my hunger I would have left. Food (plain burger, medium rare, mayo and pickles on the side, and a side of cole slaw) was flung on the bar before me, minus the slaw. As the slaw helps the burger go down, I waited. Burger was overcooked, but I knew there was no point in trying to get service. The bartender was evidently having a tough shift, accentuated by broken glass and her warning to her colleague that "there's glass all over". My server never did tell her name. It's not in the bill, either. I guess it was wise of her to remain anonymous. This was my 3rd visit to this restaurant, each visit worse than the previous. Three strikes, you're OUT!
The menu has changed and some of the salads I loved are gone. The table croissants are no longer provided. We had to add them as an extra. The house salad was excellent and the tortilla wrap was good. The service was excellent.
