This is good for a quick lunch. Great salads.. But not many other good veg options which is typical. But for a chain it's not bad you know what to expect. When I used to eat meat their ribs were some of the best around.
I went to pick up a take out order. I love their Southwest EggRolls. They are always great.
Horrible service. The manager was extremely rude. I believe her name was Terry Mathis. I asked for a side of BBQ sauce and when it finally arrived at my table (it took them about 10 minutes to bring it after I received my food), I could tell by the color that it was ketchup. I took it anyway just to make sure. So I smell it... It smells like ketchup. I dip my fries in it and eat it.. And guess what?! It tasted like ketchup! I asked my friends at the table to try it and they both said ketchup! So I told my server about the issue (it took another 10 minutes because she was nowhere to be found), and she tried to convince me that it wasn't ketchup! Then when the manager came, she talked to me like I was a crazy person! I told her to try or smell it and she refused! Then she tried to tell me that's how their BBQ sauce tastes! Like I've never eaten at a Chili's before! Like I don't know the difference between ketchup and BBQ sauce!! Anyway, didn't eat my food, it was cold by the time she was done being rude to me. She refused to believe that the wrong sauce might be in the container they poured out of. Even though she said the containers get refilled! I don't get it. Never going back there again.
So I have the best boss (and his wife) they made us cute presents. I think we do a good job here or at least the best we can. After all we are all human. Good food good people. Thank you Jeff!!
Service bad, employees need training in customer service. My Buffalo chicken salad was good, the cheesecake was hot on the top front n cold on the bottom. Was too sweet. Overall it's a one star at best.
