The hotel is A typical 3.5 to 4 star Hyatt Place hotel. The bad thing was the reception on television was terrible and I was able to fidget with the cable wire in the back and the toilet kept running even after maintenance worked on it. I do believe management will compensate me properly. That’s one of the nice things about Hyatt hotels they compensate you for any negative experiences.

We traveled here not expecting much. Upon arriving we immediately decided rather than just passing through, we would enjoy staying here for an extended stay. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip, especially for the price. We stayed on the top floor with a window view overlooking the small town below. It was beautiful. I'd often find myself staring at the highway traffic after the sun would set. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would also recommend the town. It was a great stay.

Great location, easy to get into and out of off main road. Near about any food or shopping you’d want. Nice room. Clean, no smells. Breakfast was good. Anna at the front desk was very friendly. Would stay here again.

My family and I stayed 10-26 to 10-28. When we were checking in, I was told I must have a card. Well, I did but my card only had $1 until midnight. I explained that they could put it on file for any damages and things like most hotels but that I had the entire amount in cash. They would not take the cash and sent me on a wild goose chase after a four hour drive with a sick two year old and a five year old. I was sent to target to purchase a prepaid credit card. My total was suppose to be $334 and some odd change. The later card they had was $200. I called to ask if they could do it across multiple cards. No they can't. Ryan, I believe he was the manager that night, said to come back and he will run it on my debit card and we will fix it after midnight. I was told "to ensure a good night rest you should go back and get the prepaid cards". His GM had explained how to do two cards. The next morning I wake up to Vanderbilt and I go to the front desk to make sure everything was okay. We are not in the system. No record, no reservation. they put us in for 10/27 to 10/28. Checking out on 10/28, I receive one receipt that says 10/27-10/28 paid $167.43 (Which was already pending in my bank account). I go back to ask about the previous night. no record, no receipt. I am told by Anna, the manager that morning, not to worry about it. there's no record and it isn't pending in my account. well, today 10-30-17, I wake up and there's another payment pending to come out of my bank account. I call the hotel to ask for a receipt showing I paid. again I am told there's no record. so, why am I paying for something that there is no record for? That is your mistake, not mine!! Now they have to CREATE a record and receipt for me instead of having one already to show why they are taking my money. if you had taken the cash it would all be finished already!!!! I will NEVER stay here again!!!

Very disappointed. My husband and I called 2 weeks ago to book our room. I chose a first floor room and asked to have no strong chemicals used in the room and no down feathers because I am very allergic to down. A few days before our arrival we had a confirmation call and the lady confirmed our stay and I asked her our exact total and she gave me my total which was what I expected and when we arrived the price was more and I had made a comment but it was only by $15.00 so I let it go and thought I must have misunderstood. The manager Ryan was very strange and unprofessional. When we got our room key I noticed it wasn’t a first floor room. We chose this because the lady I was on the phone with said it would be cheaper. But we did not have a first floor room when we arrived. (Let that go too) we entered the room and there was noticeable chemical smells and it wasn’t until I began to break out in a severe rash all over my body I noticed there was down feathers. We called the manger and he said it was not noted to have any special request on file which was a mistake on the Hyatt because I’ve NEVER not requested this and was very clear with the woman on the phone about this because of my allergy. The manager did come and change out our pillows but did not offer anything else to make us feel comfortable. we were given Hyatt points that are pointless because we will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed and unfortunate.

    We traveled here not expecting much. Upon arriving we immediately decided rather than just passing through, we would enjoy staying here for an extended stay.
