Nice hotel great bed but showing some age. Some chairs etc little worn. Bathroom good. Very clean. Bistro adequate. Location easy access
I had a wonderful stay at the courtyard. The employees were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a guest on vacation they made sure I found the best local spots and enjoyed myself. The room was clean and the service was impeccable.
Although an older hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Brentwood has clean rooms, hallways and lobby; has friendly and helpful customer service on the phone and in person; and is close to Interstate 65. Various restaurants, shopping and entertainment are located in the immediate area of the hotel. Downtown Nashville is not far north; Cool Springs Mall is not far south; and Green Hills Mall is not far east of the hotel. The queen beds are very comfortable and the double room has all of the necessities expected in this type of room. All at a great price! I have no complaints and I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Staff was polite. Pool was closed. Breakfast cost extra. Room was clean. Water had great pressure. WiFi was good. Television selection was acceptable.
First night was good. Beds are very comfortable as always. Staff is very friendly. However the second night, we had neighbors. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every word if someone is in the room next to you. In fact, someone is coughing as I write this. I asked one person to please turn their tv down at 2 a.m.. He opened the door and said, "I can barely hear it". When I laid down last night two of my pillows stunk. They smelled sweaty/dirty. This place is not what I am used to from Marriott.
