Very nice looking hotel, but It smells like mold. It's raining hard and the roof leaked so bad the first floor looks like a water park. That's from 50 foot ceilings. Got off elevator on fourth floor and water was running out of smoke alarm. Roofers came and fixed the roof next day and so far good. Good things. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room is large and comfortable and not wet. Bed is crazy comfortable. If you have respiratory issues or allergies to mold I would be cautious untill they can dry things out rectify the issues thoroughly.
The hotel and rooms were beautiful!! I like the privacy of the bedroom within the suite, as it also cuts down on any noise that you may heart from the hallway... of which there is none! Beautiful hotel. Beautiful and quiet rooms. Can't go wrong with this hotel.
Check in female clerk that worked the night shift is rude. However, the other shift clerks were hospitable and the rooms were great. I would be staying here again.
Awesome hotel! Love the new renovations. This is the only place I stay when I'm in Nashville! My friends have come to love it also.
Great place to stay instead of Nashville, very nice hotel. The service was perfect. They were work on pool but everything else was great. The breakfast was the best!!! Great food and lots of selections. I'll be back
