Staff was very kind and helpful. I had a bed with dirty sheets, so I wasn't thrilled about that. My room didn't have a bath tub and the hotel didn't have a jacuzzi or spa area. I came on business so I wish there were more relaxing options considering its a Hilton. Overall nice and in a quiet area.
Excellent value and nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, with comfortable bed and A/C that would keep the room nice and cool overnight (which many hotels, even expensive ones, won't do). Gym with 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, a recumbent bike, and free weights. Very clean and equipment in excellent condition. Breakfast to order, with good food. For dinner, I had salmon which was quite dry (overcooked?). Wine selection adequate (I had a pinot noir, which I found quite good). Staff helpful. Hotel also in walking distance of restaurants, specialty shops, and coffee. Easy to get to from the highway.
I returned home tonight from a week at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Walton Beach Florida. I will never return. Firstly, there was a daily issue with towels. Rather than washing and folding them at night and having it ready go in the morning, every day they were finishing folding them late morning and would not give towels to anybody until they were ready to go out. Secondly, after returning from the beach there was no where to rinse your feet before going into the pool without going to the indoor pool area. Nobody did that, and consequently the main pool was full of sand. Could that possibly be the reason why the waterfalls did not work after Tuesday morning?. Thirdly, and most importantly, for some reason management decided not to contract with somebody to clean the beaches on their hotel, and their sister hotel "Holiday Inn Resort"! We basically lost two days at the beach because kkn the stench of the dying and rotting sea slugs was so strong at the pool at our hotel. If, you are going to charge the prices that you do for your hotel rooms, then whenever there's an issue with sea slugs, or any type of have the beachworkthemselves
We've recently visited Nashville, TN and booked two rooms at this hotel for three days/two nights. The rooms were reasonably priced, very clean and comfortable. Every room has refrigerator and microwave. Very good mattresses and pillows. Great breakfast for only $10.95 per person. There is good freshly brewed coffee in the lobby. Would recommend this hotel to friends.
Overall the newish (est 2016?) Was nice. Rooms are up to date. The king bed that I received was not that comfortable but I only stayed one night. There are dining and drinks at this location.
