Took 2 hours to get our room after check in time. Otherwise the place was fine. Rooms are good, and they had free nachos and drinks in the lobby while I was there.
Untrustworthy. Mismanaged. Sadly, our confirmed reservation, made three months prior, was not available upon our arrival. For a family of our size, that leaves us with very few options. We told the desk attendant that her available room option would not work, but no help or compassion was provided beyond a smile and, "I understand." We were informed that a manager was unavailable to speak with until morning. As a result, we got very little and poor sleep. At morning, the manager was also unavailable to speak with us and could not be raised by radio. Breakfast area has a health inspection certificate from 2013 displayed (no current to be seen). Details like this matter! We will not be staying with Hilton again and do not recommend.
Now we've stayed a third time. They are renovating, and the upgrades are very nice. Great hotel, quiet but close enough to get to downtown in a few minutes
The room was very nice and clean with contemporary decor. I wish there was a in-room bar with water, etc. to drink. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good. The bathroom sink faucet was not connected to the sink very well which was concerning but it worked well enough. I would recommend it probably.
Very nice rooms! Amazing service! Food is great, and the coffee is excellent! The lady's at the desk are very helpful and informative. Wonderful experience over all.
