Purchased a leather sofa on-line, so I didn't visit the Cool Spring (Brentwood TN) store. Ordered on Oct 28th and it was delivered on the 31st. I was worried about the 15 hour (7am-10pm) delivery window on express orders. The guys were friendly and called about 15 minutes before arriving (11am). They Wont haul off your old furniture if you don't want it. But the guys (3) were glad to toss it in the back of my truck. A few hours later I received a follow up call on my delivery satisfaction. The quality looks good and it was just as pictured. All good here...
My wife and I stopped in for a new mattress last week. Out salesperson was very friendly and helpful while we went from mattress to mattress. Prices are pretty good but even better if you catch a sale.
Best prices for furniture that we found. They had several styles too. The sale people weren't flocking to us like every other furniture store either. So it was nice to look in peace. We haven't actually bought yet so I don't know how painless that will be yet. But, we plan on purchasing there next week!
Tim took his time and listened to our needs as he guided us through the selection of sectional sofas, never once attempting to pressure us or make us feel like we were just dollar signs.
Our delivery was set for the following Monday, 6 days after our purchase (which seems a little long, but not really an issue) between 5pm and 9pm. The doorbell rang at 4:30pm and they were gone in less than 20 minutes. The delivery crew was very polite and didn't damage anything, which is impressive considering how narrow of a doorway they had to squeeze through.
We had stopped in on impulse, so we only had a ballpark idea of what may or may not fit in our living room. After landing on a fairly large sectional, I expressed to Tim that I wasn't sure if it would fit but would like to save an extra drive to the store and move forward with the purchase. Tim let me know that a simple phone call to the store to let them know it wouldn't fit is all it would take to cancel our order. Sure enough, our room wasn't quite large enough. When I called in, I asked Tim to measure our second choice and call me back. He did so without hesitation and we adjusted our order accordingly.
Wasn't sure what to expect based on mixed reviews but the Franklin Rooms to Go exceeded my wife's and my expectations. We were immediately greeted by Tim Reynolds, who gave us the option to browse on our own or to accompany us through the store.
Doug greeted us at the front door after a Saturday morning dealing with the stress from Cool Springs Mall Christmas shoppers. We told him what we were looking for; no stress shopping to replace 6 dining room chairs for a family Christmas dinner. No problem, he said, and off we went. We saw him once or twice in 30 minutes helping other customers. We had free reign over the showroom to sit, look, discuss wat we wanted/needed. We met up with him for the purchase paperwork and delivery. The purchase experience was great! Thanks, Doug.
