Incredibly helpful salesperson who went over and above to give us information about sofas we were interested in. Would definitely check this place out again!
I am writing this review to express how pleased my husband and I were after dealing with the Haverty's store in Cool Springs. Our salesperson, Kenzie, was pleasant but not pushy and worked with us to find just the chair we needed. She even took $50 off the bill after I found that they had marked the chair down the next day. They called when the chair came in and we were pleased to see that when we went there to pick up our chair, it was wrapped in not one, but two, moving blankets and then wrapped in plastic to keep from any harm coming to the chair in our travel back to our house. Everyone from the salesperson to the finance people to the guy on the loading dock were pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this store to others and will be coming back to this store for future furniture needs!
Rude staff, makes you feel like you're not good enough to be there. Hidden discount, they go "check discounts" and bring you back some total. Spent my $3000 elsewhere
My husband and I purchased a custom sectional from Haverty's. We received fairly good customer service from the Brentwood, TN store staff. However, the delivery has been a complete disaster. The sectional was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, July 5th. We were told we would get a call when the truck was 30-45 minutes away. But, we did not get a call. When they showed up they only had one portion of our sectional. The delivery crew seemed unsure of why that was the case and asked me (the customer) if the item was backordered. So, I called Haverty's to inquire about the missing piece and they said it had been damaged at the warehouse and it would be delivered Friday. So, I took Friday off of work and they never showed up. I called numerous times and they were unable to give me a new delivery date. They said they were waiting to hear back from the warehouse managers. They were very unaccommodating and did not offer any compensation for the confusion or inconvenience . And, now I will have to take ANOTHER day off whenever it will be delivered. I've called no less than 20 times and still have received no information. I am very frustrated with their poor community service.
