I had a great experience shopping for a bed frame at Ashley Furniture. I thought I had found the one I wanted online, but when I came into the store, I wasn't in love with it. Luckily, the salesman showed me some similar styles and I fell head over heels for another one. The best part is it was on sale so I got it for an amazing deal!
I went to Ashley Furniture in Brentwoid TN after looking at several on line sites for a sofa. Nothing like having a good sales man who knows home decorating!!! Doug in the showroom is wonderful. I feel great about my purchase & Doug went out of his way to make sure I got the very best sale price.

We recently bought two couches from Ashley Furniture in Cool Springs. We liked the selection in the store and our saleswoman was nice. The website prices of the couches we were looking at were almost $100 cheaper each. It took a little while, but they were able to meet that price. They were running a 10-20% off sale in the store that weekend, but they wouldn't discount it anymore since they lowered the store price to meet the online one. Since they didn't give the extra discount, they lowered the shipping fee by $50 to help us out a little. So overall the buying process wasn't bad. However, we had several issues after the sale that have not made us happy. Once we finalized the sale, they told us the couches wouldn't be ready until more than two months later (would have been nice to know when buying). The saleswoman said she would be sure to call me whenever a shipment date was official (that didn't happen either. We found out the shipment date later when we went in for a payment issue, which I will discuss below). When paying for the couches, we forgot to use a small gift card we had. I showed the cashier just as I had swiped my card and she said it was too late to fix it without her manager there. So she wrote down the number from the gift card and said a manager would fix it the next day and give us a call to confirm. That didn't happen. So, we called numerous times that week and couldn't get anyone to help. A week later, we finally talked to the same cashier (who was very nice) and she was shocked it hadn't been taken care of yet. She told my wife to bring the card in the next day and her manager would 100% take care of it and call in the morning to confirm that was ok. She didn't call again...When my wife got there (with several little kids), the manager Kathy was extremely rude. She was rude to my wife as well as when speaking about her employees. I feel bad for the nice employees that work for her. We will be buying somewhere else next time!
Not only was she professional but she was so personable a d friendly as well!
Came to Ashley’s for a reclining sofa and found exactly what I wanted thanks to Tyler Diehl. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He was super friendly and great to work with. Would definitely recommend asking for Tyler when you visit. Great experience all the way around and super fast delivery and great price!
