I am writing this review because I visited the BelAir, MD store Saturday, November 25th were the Manager “Anna” refused to sale me store merchandise because she had taken the merchandise off the floor and made a homemade lane for customers to stand in while waiting to pay. Two floor candle holders priced at $39.99 each and rather than make a sale this manager decided that all 6 if these floor candle holders looked better displayed in the store. Other customers were in aw of this decision. Not to mention I spent $158+34 on merchandise in this store on Saturday. I have always love the quality and assortment of merchandise at Kirkland but some of the customer service and management team or leaders need to be retrained in customer service. Example you should never whisper about your customers while they are standing there to other employees. If this does change I will not spend my money in Kirkland’s. In addition, I called the store and Lisa Beth refused to give me the contact information for corporate, check this out she gave me the number for the sales department. I never play the race card because I strongly believe all lives matter, but I wonder is their some racism at the BelAir location. Being that I just had heart surgery I left the store because I was really upset concerning this ordeal. I was able to contact corporate and waiting for a return call. If I could give them a zero rating I would do so
I have filed a complaint stemming from an online order placed December 19, 2016. I have called three times in the month of January. STILL haven't received my refund! I will NEVER shop online or in your store again! By now, you can keep my blasted $6.49. Maybe you might need it to improve your customer service.
