My husband and I have been here three times and every time has been great except one. This Waffle House is very clean, the service is usually great. But one weekend night we went, and our waitress was horrible (don’t remember her name, but she was very young). Incredibly rude, intentionally ignoring us, and deliberately being slow to the point where the manager told her to hurry up (she rolled her eyes). What made it even worse, was as we were standing in line to pay, she was acting the same way to the group that came in behind us. The experience was bad enough to make us never want to go back, but we decided to give it one more try and had a great experience. Honestly it’s a shot in the dark with this place. But it is better than your average Waffle House for sure.
Love the Cheesesteak Melt bowl! The place was packed of course for Christmas night but we was able to get in & seated really fast. The service was fantastic! Will definitely remember this location.
Hands down the BEST Waffle House experience of my life. I cannot stop raving about it to anyone who will listen. :) My server, whose name I cannot remember, was excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure my coffee cup was full. The food came out fast and steaming hot. Cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to. Thank you!
I have been coming to this location for several years now and the service get worst each time. The cook is disgusting and the new servers are horrible. As much as I love breakfast its seems that they will hire anyone. Just to be clear it's almost all the locations. Tonight my server was unclear about which tables she had. The waffle was even burnt. The cook was eating and drinking while he was on the line with gloves on. While he was preparing food he wipped his mouth with gloves on, then he processed to cook without washing his hands or changing his gloves.. He was coughing all over the grill without covering his mouth. Fast forward needed a refill did not receive it. My server was not even avaible to give me the ticket. One of her co workers Andrea had to go find her to bring the ticket in. The SERVER NEVER CAME BACK!!!! Upon leaving the restaurant I noticed the server outside sitting in her car on facebook. I mean who is responsible for training these people??I
After seeing the Christmas lights this was a wonderful end to the day. I highly recommend the Cheesesteak Melt Hashbrown bowl...of course I added mushrooms!!!!!! YUM!
