On a side note, the pepperoni on the fave I bought was undercut pretty significantly. Odds are it was made earlier in the day by the morning shift, so it wouldn't be the fault of those working when I came in, but it's still worth pointing out.
Very, very unimpressed. I would recommend making the drive to the Papa Murphy's on Nolensville Road. A much further drive, but the service is better and the pizza quality makes it worth it.

Let me start by saying I've worked for 2 separate Papa Murphy's. No, that doesn't mean I walk into every other Papa Murphy's and judge harshly simply because I've worked it. It does mean, however, that I know how a pizza should and should not be made, and the reasons why.
She spread the sauce over 2" from the end of the crust.

Pizza is not bad but service is always fast! Last night they were swamped, must have been 15 people walk in at the same time! Yes, it took longer, but the gave coupons for a free one for your waite! Not needed, you know to look in the window to know how long your waite will be. Its your choice. Will always recommend!
The pizza I ordered today was made TERRIBLY and looked exactly how a pizza should NEVER look.
Second, the sauce was slopped onto the tray in 2 places. This burns in your oven and causes smoke to pour out when you open your oven door.
If the guy & gal there moved any slower they'd be moving backwards.
Don';t even bother trying to complain to anyone-nobody to talk to.
Third, and lastly, the toppings were severely centerloaded. One of the first things you learn when you're trained is DO NOT centerload. There are even little signs behind the counter that remind you to not do that! If all of the toppings and cheese are piled in the center (like mine was), the pizza doesn't cook correctly. The middle, right under all those heavy toppings and greasy cheese, doesn't cook and stays doughy while the outside over-crisps.
They measured literally by PIECE! She added or removed exactly by weight, & then took piece off!
When I called corp cust svce on the way home the first party couldn't speak English & transferred me to nowhere.

It's getting worse & worse though. My blood pressure can't handle it anymore.I take everything back I've said about this location.
First, the crust was uneven and too far inwards from the edge. I would've happily overlooked it if not for the rest of the issues.
I just waited 34 minutes for 2 pizzas with only 2 people ahead of me.
