Poor service and quality. I have been there 3 times in 2 months. One of the employees looked like he was stoned. Just stared at the wall. The sweet and unsweet tea was horrible. Fountain drinks were flat or just carbonated water. Had my order wrong. I will not go back.
I can't even order my meal without the cashiers in Brentwood being inappropriate! They should definitely NOT be soliciting sex out of the restaurant!
The new cashier INDRA M isn't friendly, very rude and has a bad attitude. Other morning workers are FANTASTIC. My son and I stop there every morning during the school yr, but this new cashier is going to detour us from stopping for breakfast
The lunch crew have been amazing each time I have visited! The opening crew, however, leave much to be desired. I stop for breakfast pretty frequently and every time the cashier looks like a poster child for clinical depression. Vacant expression, no smile, no personality whatsoever, no inflection in her tone... I only order two things, ever, and they still manage to get my order wrong more times than not. I've put in numerous Tell The Bell surveys, but so far the only change I've seen is that there was a radio playing in the drive through window this morning. And they still got my order wrong.
I am a usual here and this place always serves me well for my dollar. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming for any tier of restaurant and has me walking in here like it is a second home. The place is virtually always clean and well kept. TLDR, this franchise shatters every negative stereotype people have about Taco Bell.
