I've been to several studios in the Nashville area through class pass, but this is my absolute favorite!! Kyle is an incredible teacher - warm spirited, encouraging, and makes great verbal corrections that have really improved my alignment and practice. I love it so much I cancelled class pass and bought classes directly through the studio instead! I highly recommend this studio. Be aware that it can be a little tricky to find at first. It is located in a strip mall and the sign on the building says Bikram Yoga, not The Hot Room.
Great atmosphere, and awesome friendly staff that makes you feel right at home! They have a good variety of classes and class times!
