Usually we love going to Petsmart, especially with our Puggle puppy but today my boyfriend had the worst experience at the Franklin Petsmart.
We will never use Petsmart in Franklin again for grooming. The associates are always rude when we pick our dog up from grooming. They also never bother to call us when she is finished and expect us to magically know when she will be done being groomed. Today, I specifically asked the lady who groomed her to call me when she was done so that I could pick her up in a timely manner. Sure enough, at 5:50pm I got an angry call from a groomer who wanted to (very rudely) remind me that I "had a dog waiting for pickup and the store is closing in 10 minutes." I did not receive an explanation as to why I was not called when my dog was finished grooming. We'll be using a competitor in the future, for both grooming and non-grooming needs.
I know you guys don't care but thanks for making his already terrible morning even worse. We won't be back.
There where a lot of dead fish in the tanks not really some thing my 3 year old enjoyed seeing while we where trying to pick out some for our new tank.
They have all the right food and treats for my dog and birds. Love to help pets in need and they make it easy.
After having a terrible evening that overlapped into the morning, he decided to try and cheer himself up before work by picking out a new toy for our puppy. He finally picked one and walked up to the register. Stood there 5 minutes before making eye contact with the groomer WHO CONTINUED TO LET HIM STAND THERE WITH NO SERVICE. Being in the service industry, he patiently waiting knowing they were busy. Another 5 minutes passed and he saw no one and was approached by no one. Gave it 5 more minutes because he really wanted to turn his day around and get this toy for Halsey. Finally, an employee walked in with some Starbucks. They avoided eye contact and left him there for another 5 minutes before he finally just left. Even more depressed than before.
We take our little service dog to be groomed over there all the time! They are polite sweet to the dogs and I will continue to take her over there to be groomed!
