I used to work for Publix as a Grocery Clerk and I was not happy at that Publix, too busy and I would ask customers how they are doing and they would look at me like I'm not there.....I would say that was the worse Publix I've ever worked at and so much happier now that I quit Publix and working somewhere I enjoy being at like taking care of infants and members who would enjoy me back and get to know me. If ANYONE considers working there I recommend I wouldn't, they tell you that you will get a good raise and this and that, and you're doing a great job, but then you end up getting a very crappy raise! Don't let them fool you!!!

I'm just disappointed in you Publix. Its very simple to do either of these requests. But its ok. I just wont be giving you my business anymore.
Normally, I'd give Publix 5+ stars. I usually love their friendliness and how eager they are to help with anything you need. But today. No. Today Publix here ...this one....gets 1.
Very disappointed in the customer service at the pharmacy today. I walked in and was told my prescription had not come in yet. The pharmacist acted like I inconvenienced her to check to see if they had gotten it yet. I then told her I would call the doctor's office and they will be sending it right over. I asked for the medicine to be bubble gum flavor. And the pharmacist never told me that it already comes that flavor. when I went to pay she was charging me for Extra bubble gum flavor. I in no way asked for extra flavoring in my prescription for my daughter. I don't know why it wasn't communicated to me that it already comes that flavor. This pharmacist did not smile, was not customer friendly and acted like I bothered her through our whole transaction. I also had to wait forever for my prescription. I don't think I will be using this Pharmacy again. I normally like going to Publix but now I will be rethinking where I purchase groceries from now on as well. I am not so much upset about the extra $3 charge that I did not ask for but the fact that a medicine which I need to give to my daughter was not specifically explain to me the way it comes.
I went to the deli on my lunch break. Asked for a sandwich to be made with no bread. I was told no. She said I cant do that for you. I was like a little shocked because no matter where I go anyone will just put whatever food it is in a bowl or wrap it differently but she flat out said no. She's not able to. Ok. So I said could you make me a salad? She said we have fresh pre made salads over there . I was like cool. So I go over there and every salad they (you) had , there was a handful of onion of it. Which I hate. So. I went back to the counter and explained again I cant eat this and I cant eat bread and she was like I'm sorry I cant make you a fresh salad. At this point I had 15 min of my break left to get back to work and I left without lunch. An angry diabetic with no lunch.
To the person who stole my money from the self check out! Tis the season to be a thief. Just because I was at that Publix does not mean my income is high! I worked hard for that money and for you not turn it in is disappointing. I guess you needed it more than my family. I returned to Publix after work and asked again if someone returned the money. It did not happen but I asked Drew to review the security tape. About 15 minutes later he did witness a young man in a cap buying a six pack of beer and taking the money. Drew did replace my money, hopefully that gentlemen has Karma bite him in the ass!
