Customer Service and clean store. So glad to have this grocery chain in Tn.
I love this Publix store! The store is always clean and products are almost always fully stocked. The employees are always so helpful and pleasant, beyond what I would expect at a Publix location. The mobile app works well and the products are in the aisles the website/app says they are - not common with some of the other grocery chains in the area.

Not what it used to be. The Publix at Concord Road and Nolensville used to be one of the friendliest and most convenient grocery stores in the area. However, customer service has really taken a turn for the worse in the past 5 years. Compared to other Publix locations, this store has some issues. When calling in orders to the deli or using online ordering, they get my order right at best 60% of the time. I'm not just speaking with regard to a coupe of orders either. I have had orders completely lost, the wrong beat sliced, 2-3x the amount of cheese I requested and the wrong type, flower orders that didn't get made, cakes that didn't get baked..... the list goes on. Part of the issue seems to be a language barrier. There are plenty of folks working in this store that speak English - it bewilders me why the couple of employees that don't are the ones taking customer orders in the bakery and deli. News to management: If your employee isn't capable of working the cash register, then they shouldn't be taken down orders either.
The good news is that Kroger across the street has better service and better prices although it is not as nice of a store. Whole Foods in Cool Springs has the nicest store in the county along with the best customer service around and isn't much more expensive than a Publix.
