Have read many reviews concerning this company, Alfa Insurance Company, when your billing statement comes due at 12:01 AM, what can you expect of the company, as an Independent agent, I fired this company for every complaint that has been listed, there is an Insurance commissioner. File a compliant.
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. An Alfa customer rear ended my vehicle and Alfa is supposed to be taking care of the repairs. At first everything seemed fine. The mailed me a check based on an incredibly quick glance at my vehicle and was told they would send me an estimate with the check and that it would be emailed to me as well. I received the check in about a week however, I did not receive the estimate to go along with it. I had to follow up twice before I was sent the actual estimate. Then, once that was sent to me and I was trying to set up an appointment to get the repairs done on my car, they did not return any of my three phone calls to assist me in setting up a rental car. Every time I call either of the numbers I have for Alfa, I get sent to voicemail. I am yet to call and have someone actually answer their phone. Their customer service is beyond appalling.
You will meet the friendliest associates at Alfa Insurance. I'm 58 and have had many different insurance companies during my lifetime and these are the friendliest people that I myself have had the privilege to work for me. Thank you Alfa for being here!
I am completely baffled at how this company is still in business. Sorriest, most pathetic customer service I have ever received. I am not a customer of theirs but I am in a line of work that forces me to deal with them from time to time. I HIGHLY suggest NO ONE purchase insurance from these folks. News flash people... insurance is just like any other product... you get what you pay for! I would give negative stars if I could!
Beware !!!! rated most terrible! They tried every thing they could not to pay me . I got Hughes and Coleman and after year they couldn't do nothing so I got olin baker of dickson and he got it done in 3 months. There guy hit me and totaled my car and they couldn't get me a rental , they shouldn't be in business or insure anyone. Sue them!
