Bought an old Z150 years ago and have had to do maintenance/repairs on it as you'd expect for its age. BLS is ALWAYS super helpful and knowledgable. This last time I had forgotten to get my model # and needed to replace a pulley for the deck. Couldn't get ahold of my wife to read me the number. They guessed correct and set me up. Seriously. Prices are extremely reasonable, but the staff is what makes this place so awesome.
I kind of wish they were on more of a main road. I bet they would get much more business if on a main road.
We've dealt with several repair centers in the last few years as the Stihl brand chainsaws and other gas powered tools we own have lost more and more dealers in our area or the ones they had were awful. Brentwood Lawn Mower Repair is like a breath of fresh air compared to anyone we have used before. They take time to explain everything you need to know about your repair and offer suggestions on how to properly operate and maintain your equipment. I don't see how they you could do any better..
Bought a mower here after checking out many other local places. Super friendly service. I would buy power equipment here again. Everything I've seen breathes honesty and very competitive prices. Mine was gassed up for free and came largely assembled. Very happy. :)
