Great customer service, solid selection
I normally wouldn't write a review, but this deserves the praise. After work one day I walked into this small town Ace, only to be greeted by two young gentlemen, most likely working there for the summer. Both very nice and willing to help with questions I had. Unfortunately my card was swiped twice during the transaction. The next day I caught the extra transaction, called the store and asked for a manager. Luckily, the manager Brad was the one who answered the phone. Let me tell you folks, without hesitation or skipping a beat he immediately apologized and refunded the card. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days and you can guarantee I will be returning to this store without hesitation.
I really love a place where they have people that will go beyond their way to help their customers. This place is such a good place because they have everything that I need.
I found everything that I need to know about gardening in this place. I also bought some gardening tools off this amazing and helpful place.
