Very disappointed in this Nordstrom's Rack service at check out. I live in Cincinnati and the service is MUCH better there. The staff at the Brentwood Nordstrom's Rack were very inattentive and let the line get way beyond the queue. I've never seen that in a Nordstrom's before.

Too crowded. Packed too much merchandise in small space to maximize your returns I get it. But it shouldn’t be to the detriment of the customer experience.
Typical Nordstrom rack location, I did notice they have a lot more high end labels like Manolo Blahnik etc
