Great selection, great prices. Their rotisserie chickens are gluten free (and the size of small turkeys). We got a 2-bone rib today for Christmas and it was a great roast... Good price.
There are certain products I love with great quality, their Kirkland Signature products are great quality as well.
Their return policy was unmatched for years but people started cheating the system so they dialed it back. Still a good return policy.
A former employee of Sam's Club I come give a membership at Costco insane Costco definitely got their stuff together the lines may seem long but they do move in the cash registers almost everyone is open non like the Sam's Club!! In the lines move really quickly Costco definitely has their act together I don't know who would ever go back to Sam's Club if they ever walked into a Costco!! I worked at Sam's Club for over a year-and-a-half and they were always shorthanded never had enough people and it just got to the point where I had enough it was time for me to get another career and I was not good at keeping my membership with Sam's Club and I'm so happy I found Costco!!!
Pricing is great on some items, good on most items. I follow the motto good stuff ain't cheap and cheap stuff ain't good.
The Costco experience at the Cool Springs location is far superior to the Charlotte Pike store. Also, this location has significantly grown in terms of the variety that they offer now vs. a year or 2 back. Their wines are priced reasonably and they have started carrying a variety of Indian grocery items at very competitive prices that I personally like. The quality has always been great, we have never had any complaints with any item we brought from this store.
If and only if your delivering here make sure you have at least 5-7hrs on your clock it could take a while.. Night manager is reslly laid back as we both agree he should have a night crew to move the process a tab bit faster. Hey I only speak for me. I was definitely 3hrs early.
I like the online shopping with so many products. They also have a flier with specials which are items from all the departments you can always use.
