The massage was excellent but I got a ear full of them trying to push me into a contract with them. That is not what I was looking for to relax for an hour. You would get a 5 if I didn't hear anything about a contract.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my relaxation massage with Katerina. My overall experience was exceptional and I will definitely frequent the this location again.
The environment was soothing. My masseuse was professional and effective. He gave the correct amount of pressure and had a keen ability to find my most tense places. He spent an appropriate amount of extra time on my worst spots while relaxing the rest. High praise.
I have been to two locations of Hand and Stone, including this one. Both of them have been professional and relaxing. Their customer service is wonderful and the services are even better! Like any spa, the experience changes with the massage therapist, but that's to be expected. Everyone needs something a little different from a massage therapist. I highly recommend the membership to anyone who needs regular massages.
Absolutely awesome experience!! Beautiful spa with knowledgeable staff that are super friendly and extremely engaging. I had a massage and facial and they were both incredible. The atmosphere was so soothing , clean and modern . I received excellent advice on my skin care from Martina and my massage from Brittany was great including stretching and heating my muscles . Can’t say enough about this place and the owners we’re there making everyone right at home ! You won’t be disappointed!
