Currently being sued for over 30 million by a 14 year old student who was raped repeatedly by upperclassmen, than told to "get over it" because it was "boys being boys". The evidence points to the plaintiff and I place good odds on them winning the 30 million. Don't go to this school.
Read about the rape, abuse of the 12 year old boy and I am horrified that he was told to turn the other cheek!! Those boys should be locked away from society. That poor boy is going to have to live with this for the rest of his life. Those boys need to suffer as well and I hope they do. Fire the head master. What a horrible feeling to know you are somewhere being abused and no one will help you. Disgraceful.!! Remember we all will stand before the Lord one day and have to account for what we did here on earth. Protect these children. What is wrong with you???
I started at Brentwood Academy as a sixth grade student. All of the way until high school, were great. However, little did I know that i had stepped into a school with bullies, rapists, teachers who merely teach using online notes, tests, and quizzes. this school is greatly focused on Athletics. As a students who prioritizes on Academics and my Christian faith, I found this school as a hindrance to my full potential. Possible Brentwood Academy parents, I am speaking with many years of experience at this horrific school. Athletes were given special privileges over the rest of the student body. For example, a student who i will keep nameless was the quarterback for the football team and star basketball player. However, when he was caught cheating along with students who were not superior athletes, his actions were basically pardoned to ensure greatness for the school's athletics. However, for the other students, many of them were expelled. This school prides itself on its "Christian" influences. However, the school had minuscule christian effects on there students with the exception of a 10 minute shallow chapel once a week. As a parent, would you like to send your children to a school that has been found to have rapists, bullies, pardoned drug addicts, and neglectful teachers? As a parent I would not ever send my children to this school. In addition to all of these things, with the current lawsuit, tuition cost will continue to dramatically sky rocket each year. I am currently attending a private school with much lower tuition and some of the most welcoming, friendly people that I have ever met. Thank you for reading, and best of luck in finding a school that helps your child grow academically, spiritually, and athletically. The rapist now attends my school and is still lauded as the star of the basketball team. I have never attended BA and I’m glad that I haven’t gone before. The school seems to only care about its reputation and not the welfare of its students.
How can every parent who has a child that attends this school not be pulling there child out of school and putting them into a different school. STAND TOGETHER TO STOP EVIL. Parents we all know what has taken place in this establishment please do the right thing and stop worrying about what your neighbor thinks worry about what God thinks. Destroy this evil establishment and do not let your very own baby attend this school. Stand up! Stand up! Stand up for this poor 12 yr old baby. Or you may go to the very place no one wants to go to.
