They give a 10 year installation warranty on the new roof! The did the work fast and had a spottless clean up. Great Salesmen with lots of knowledge of roofing and ventilation.
I was told on a Friday morning that they would fix my leaking roof on Monday morning, only a couple days away. Not only did they not fix it as they said on Monday, they didn't on Tuesday as well and not once did they call to say "hey, we're a few days behind". I called on Wednesday to even see if the roof had been fixed and was told that they were behind on their schedule. Though furious I bought into their bs that they would be out the next day to fix the roof.....and I specifically asked that they call and tell me if they couldn't make it. Once again I was left hanging, roof not fixed, and no courtesy call to explain it.
I've seen lemonaide stands run with better business professionalism and service than this. Call me crazy but a leaking roof is a serious matter and one that demands excellent customer service and care. A homeowner with a leaking roof doesn't have time to be fed a line of crap so a contractor can pad his open backlog. My advice is to call someone reliable......if there is such a thing in home maintenance.
