Based on this experience we've had another company come and do work for us for a very reasonable price with better quality work.
Marcos was my site leader for the week. He arrived promptly when he said he was going to and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. Literally, I gave him a key and my temporary alarm code, and he let himself in and out while keeping my house secured. I even went out of town for a few days while the crews were inside, and I slept soundly knowing my home was secure and the crews were able to do their jobs.
Price wise, CertaPro nearly matched every quote that I got from a lot of fly-by-night operations. However, since I'm very security-conscious, I wanted a company I could trust that would stand by their work and be completely bonded/insured.
I'd never hire this company again and have steered other folks clear of their unprofessional work. Others have left positive reviews so perhaps we just had a bad crew but also don't feel the owners matched our sense of urgency when we expressed our dissatisfaction and for how much the job was. So disappointed and it's been over a year.
We needed to paint our master bedroom and bathroom and all trim. We tried to take the wallpaper off the walls in our bathroom, but it was a disaster. We called CertaPro. They came out quickly and gave us a competitive price to repair the walls, prep and paint both rooms. I must say that I am a perfectionist when it comes to painting. I have tried other painting companies in the past, but they just don't do as good of a job as I would like. Well they did an excellent job! The trim lines were straight as an arrow and the walls very smooth. They cleaned up each day and I never saw any dust or debris. I would definitely use them for all my painting needs!
I recently had CertaPro Painters of Nashville paint the interior my 1,600sf townhome, and I could not have been more impressed. We did walls, ceilings, trim... basically, if you could see it, it was painted.
I could not recommend these guys any more. Jerry, Kelly, and their sales staff walked me through the straight-forward pricing, and their crews care about the job. Don't look anywhere else - just talk to these folks!
We hired CertaPro for quite a large interior paint job and some exterior. They sent out 1 guy to do an estimate and while we weren't in a rush to complete our project, getting the actual estimate and on the schedule was ridiculously slow. They recognized that the gentleman who was doing these estimates wasn't keeping up and believe replaced him with another estimator who had to come back out and do another one. We should have seen these red flags and made a different choice but hired them anyway. I believe it was 3 or so days before the job was done. After they left we started noticing the sloppy work; there are tiny brush spray splatters on our stairs, cointertops, flooring, misses, outright lazy and sloppy mistakes. We raised our concerns and they sent out the lead guy to correct which was a good faith gesture but we still continue to find brush slop on trim, and places where they just flat out didn't go over. They also left overspray all around the garage on our newly cleaned and sealed aggregate driveway. I think we ended up getting $100 knocked off our total bill which was laughable.
CertaPro has been doing work on our place for over 5yrs. He does outstanding work at fair prices. Great painting. Also handyman work. I fully recommend him.
A few days after the job was completed, I noticed a few spots that needed touch ups. I emailed the office, and within a day, Marcos came back out and fixed everything quickly. They really do stand behind their work.
Our office had contracted CertaPro of Nashville to come out and paint our entire office internally. We were very dissatisfied with the company and its service. The work that was done was very sloppy, lack of communication between the Salesmen and the workers therefore making this project very disruptive to the office environment. They agreed that the Scope of Work was achievable to only find out that they had no idea how to handle an office with Cubicles. It was a mess. Our furniture was damaged and yet no one would take responsibility. The Salesman we had negotiated the contract with QUIT the first week of the project. Needless to say this project did not go seamless. I think this company took on a bigger project than they could handle. I would not recommend this company.
