I had a very wonderful experience working with everyone on staff here. Kathy, the manager was incredibly accommodating of my situation. I was out of the state and trying to empty out the storage unit with the help of a friend who was local. Kathy and her staff worked with me to make the arrangements and were even gracious with giving me a few extra days past my billing date to vacant the unit. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and wonderful staff.
The reservation process was easy. Kathy in the office made a really hard move easier for me and was so kind and helpful.
Kyle was the man! I showed up 2 minutes after they closed and he stayed after to help me sign up for a unit.
