We have now used NDG twice and both times have been wonderful! We either get a text or a call to confirm our order and to tell us our driver's name. I really appreciate that all of our items arrive and they are hot. Tonight our driver apologized for running late because the restaurant had forgotten a salad so she graciously turned around to go back to retrieve it. She was actually 20 min ahead of the ETA. Fantastic service.
NDG was so kind to me today when I placed an order from far away for delivery of a birthday gift. They even contacted me later to see if I wanted the wine in a gift bag, which I hadn't thought of. And when they couldn't find the location, they persisted until the delivery was made. Thank you, Shawn, for your thoughtfulness and making that second trip to the store for the bag. My son in law was very pleased with his gift! And you all exceeded my expectation!

I have used them several times. They’re prompt and accurate and have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. It’s such a nice change from the usual pizza delivery options here in Nashville.
