When my friend at work needed help picking out his engagement ring for his now fiance we made our first stop at Genesis. As soon as we walked in Stephanie was so pleasant to work with. Both of us were clueless in the process for shopping for diamonds. But she walked us through the whole process and educated us without being pushy or trying to upgrade to something more expensive. As I was just there as moral support, she offered to clean my wedding rings at no charge. It's the little extra things like this that really stand out and really show they are a customer driven place of business. If I am asked if I know a great jeweler in the Nashville area - it will always say "See Stephanie at Genesis". Thanks again for all you did to help out my friend and to put that sparkle back in my ring.
My husband and I had an excellent experience at Genesis Diamonds. We worked mostly with Stephanie but also interacted with the VP and other individuals in the store. Stephanie was patient with us while we made the decision which best suited our needs and budget. She was thorough in her explanation of the warranty. Their warranty and value was the reason we chose Genesis! We had the opportunity to review the diamonds before placing the order. When we picked up our order, each person showed genuine excitement with us. They provided us with opportunities to review the diamonds again before we left the store. I would highly recommend anyone to visit their store.
For starters, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I searched several of Genesis' competitors, but I couldn't find the quality or the the price anywhere else. Genesis is in a league of their own - don't waste your time anywhere else.
