I have been shopping at Fresh Market for over 8 years and have always loved the employees and the fresh meat and vegetables choices offered. I have seen a decline in customer service and the products offered over the past year and a half. Recently this is reaching an all time low. Many times they are out of meat on the weekends and some of the meat counter employees are condescending and very short with customers. The lines to check out are usually long and the check out employees are no longer cheerful or happy. I shop at many different locations and this seems to be only happening at the location in Brentwood, TN Lilly G
This isn't your typical grocery store. They have some unusual finds from time to time and their service is warm and welcoming. Some things can be a bit pricey, but as long as you know what you're shopping for those things can be avoided. The prepared foods are delicious.
I shopped today at Fresh Market, my favorite store. My checkout lady helped me by putting my groceries in my car for me. I have a problem lifting and se was so kind and would not take a tip.
Great place. You get what you pay for and this is a great market. Beautiful flowers and specialty chocolates and cheeses.
Great meat and seafood selection! The prepared foods in the deli are always nice to grab during lunch, too
