unfortunately the day that the arrangement was supposed to arrive. Accent coordinated with my mom and arranged to redeliver a fresh bouquet when they returned home. They also called and left me a voicemail to let me know about the change. I am so grateful for wonderful customer service and the beautiful flowers that my mom got.
