The receptionist is Angie she is always polite and nice. Bruce is Dr stones assistant very informative and helpful. Dr Stone definitely knows its job and I highly recommend him.
I had Dr Stone on my last visit to Pain and Spine in Brentwood. He was new to me, but was genuinely concerned and understanding. Everyone at this office have always been very kind and respectful towards me. And Angie the receptionist, bless her heart, always works with me when I have to change appointments. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job. She decorates the reception area for all the holidays which gives us patients a welcoming feel. Dr Nwofia when he does the procedures never hurts me and makes me laugh which helps relieve any tension I might have. Everyone at that office needs to be commended on the good job they do for us patients. And Gary whom I normally see is always very concerned and talks with me when I have questions and concerns, thanks Gary!
AVOID AT ALL COST! I only gave it one star because Google won't let me post without any stars. This place was terrible. They were nearly an hour late seeing me, and every step took forever with at least 30 minutes in between. Finally, after I had an x-ray done (3 hours later!), the doctor was fighting with the technician on who was going to be the one to review my results with me! I went to a different provider for my follow up visit (obviously) and they wouldn't release my results to me! Finally, the bill came.... A YEAR LATER. That's right, I just got the bill last month for services rendered LAST FEBRUARY. I mailed them my payment information because the billing department - whose only job is to collect payment - never answered or called me back after 3 times of me calling! It's been two weeks since I mailed my payment in and I'm STILL getting bills. Yet they won't answer or get back to me to resolve it! I wouldn't be surprised if I read in the newspaper tomorrow that this place was a front for pills or any other illegal activities. If this review helps just one person avoid this HELL of a place, then I will have saved them money and at least a year of ridiculousness. NEVER AGAIN will I go here.
I absolutely love the people here! The doctor is very knowledgeable and courteous and you don't find that at many places!
Brentwood office cares about my pain they care about me. They always act on my pain issues and it always work. They care about me in all aspects of life. Thats one of the main reason I drive all the way to Brentwood when I live in hermitage.
