Some of the ladies who actually worked on my braces, however, are a completely different story. There are a few who were delightful, but the majority I've had the complete DISPLEASURE of meeting were horrible. They had always seemed apathetic to my family's presence. I had often felt that they'd never particularly liked me, a shy 14 year old girl just trying to get my teeth straightened. During one appointment, the lady working on my braces asked me if I'd been wearing my rubber bands. I told her (truthfully) that I had been, and when she told me to put them in, I asked if I could use a mirror, for I had never put them in without one.
The men who came to check up on me after my wires were changed are wonderful - they treated my siblings and I with nothing but respect and kindness.
There was also an incident involving the ladies at the front desk and my mother at one point, and it was the reason we stopped going.
I went to this dentistry as a younger teen for my braces a few years back. I am now a young adult, and I want to share how awful some of the members are.
Absolutely love this place. Dr. Ryan is awesome. His assistants are great. And the front desk girls are amazing themselves. I showed up for an appointment to be told I was scheduled for a different day. Instead of making me drive all the way back they fit my son in right then and there. That is some amazing service!!! Highly recommend this pediactric dentist.
I wish I had stood up for myself back then; I shouldn't have let that disrespectful woman basically call me a liar.
My kids love going to the dentist because they make it so easy and fun!
Dr. Dan and staff were fabulous with my anxious 3 year old. Could not have had a better experience!
I was completely shocked by her tone and accusation. I was too young and confused to tell her that I had, in fact, been wearing the bands, so I simply headed over to the mirror and spent the rest of the appointment in silence.
Dr Dan, Dr Ryan and all of the staff members are fantastic. I have 2 kids (one with sensory disorder) and everyone is very understanding and so helpful. From check in to check out we have always had such a wonderful experience. My kids think going to the dentist is lots of fun!
She GLARED at me and stated something along the lines of "So you haven't been wearing them. You were lying".
If customer service at a DENTISTRY of all places consists of rude, stand-offish workers, difficult employees, and women that would falsely accuse a young girl of lying, it does not deserve your patronage. The few great staff members there sadly do not make up for the rest.
