As a customer, I hardly enjoy coming in here anymore. It used to be a lighthearted environment conducive to shopping, and now one must be all-too-oblivious not too sense the rigidity between employees and superiors. Don’t even get me started on the rip-off seller prices offered.

I got a ton of awesome/vintage winter clothes from here for my upcoming shows!! Got two sweaters, a crop top, two coats, skirt, pair of jeans, and some boots for 98$!! They offer military discounts by the way!
Great service! Went through my 2 bags of clothes very fast and gave me $100 for things I don't wear anymore! Then, they even offered to donate the rest of the items they couldn't buy to charity!
I blame the mediocre management here. They need to “loosen up” and cease creating drama or other negative factors which inhibit an enjoyable working environment. Incredibly minor infractions are an immediate write-up, and eventually workers leave if they are not first fired. Management makes up rules in the spur of the moment and then nervously claims them to be part of Plato’s policy upon confrontation. That’s not how it should be.
I wouldn’t give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to!! Brought in 2 large bags of name brand clothing and good quality clothing and the girl couldn’t offer me anything for it said it wasn’t within 24 months and the style wasn’t selling???? The girl didn’t have style herself... Your a consignment store not a high end clothing boutique.... they don’t appreciate anything... will not be using or visiting them again. Stay away from this place it’s ridiculous!!!!!
Over the years I have personally witnessed handfuls of cheerful, caring, and fun people leave this place. Why is there such a high turnover? Why can’t the store seem to hold on to individuals with potential?
Brought 2 full bags of all designer clothing, including Steven madden booties that were hardly worn. Bags included things like Patagonia jackets, north face jackets, Nike, free people, lulu lemon, and designer boutique brands. They gave me $40 total. And a lot of the stuff they did not even take and it was definitely in very good shape and a top brand. Do not send your clothes here. You are better off giving them to good will and writing it off on your taxes honestly.
