The service department at Porsche of Nashville did a great job helping me with getting a scratched wheel fixed on my Tesla Model S since I am one of their Porsche customer. They gave me a loaner car and made it convenient and easy for me to get this done. They also do a great job taking care of my 911 and my wife's Cayenne when they're due for service or whenever we have a question or issue.
I unfortunately had a poor experience with Porsche of Nashville. I am a multiple Porsche owner. Being from Columbus, OH I found the car I was looking for on their website. I was going to buy the car without seeing it and have it shipped so I spent a few days researching the car with the salesman who was helpful. We easily agreed on a price. I gave a $5k deposit and signed a credit application. My CC was charged. The salesman told me the Sold sign would be placed on the car. Three hours later I received an email, not a phone call, that another potential buyer was on the lot when I paid my deposit. I was told this buyer would have right of first refusal despite he not committing to the car as of yet. I immediately called the sales manager who confirmed this policy. They sold the car out from underneath me that afternoon. I reported this to Porsche of North America who confirmed that this is an inappropriate practice. The bottom line here is if you are trying to buy a car remotely it is not guaranteed to you despite a written commitment and a deposit.
It is refreshing to find a dealership that has a friendly and outgoing staff from the receptionist to service Dept. Matt in sales was easy to work with in looking at vehicles. I can’t say enough good things about the service dept, Thomas is amazing to work with and Dillon is fantastic, both make it easy to schedule and they follow up with promptly.
I was thoroughly impressed with the team here. Matt was knowledgeable, engaging and patient. I test drove a few one afternoon and by the next morning I was taking delivery of one! He was never pushy and did exactly what he promised. The rest of the team all worked together to make sure the vehicle I wanted was ready on time and that I was happy with my decision (I was shocked at the level of teamwork here). All my questions were answered and the whole process was very laid back. It was the best dealership experience I've ever had, and I have no doubt the service department will be the same. I'm very happy I chose Porsche of Nashville!
