I try to support book stores that maintain a physical presence.

Nice variety of books. Could use a more seating so that it would be easier to decide on books!!

I go to Barnes and Noble pretty frequently, and always have a good experience. They have huge selection, so everyone in my family stays busy. I rarely interact with employees (except for at check out), but they are always willing to help if I ever seek them out.

The layout of the store is very easy to navigate, and I feel like they frequently rotate books and items in the aisles. I appreciate the suggestions. It often helps me make decisions when I'm buying for others.

There are so few.

A great selection of books, board games, and other such items. Creates a great environment to shop or read in. Never disappoints.

It's sad to me that I have to go back to ordering my curriculum on Amazon.

It has been a while since I've been in a B&N. I mostly stopped buying physical books a few years ago. What I found at the Franklin store is the same great selection, clean aisles, and smart, friendly staff that I remembered. In fact, the employees here seemed even more well-informed and helpful than I recalled. Yes, it's a big chain store, but this is one of a handful of national chains that is still providing value, in my opinion. I enjoyed picking up Christmas presents, and even a few books for myself, in the somewhat nostalgic hour that l spent there.

I'd rather go to a bookstore.

I am an ESL teacher. I ordered four books from this store and never received a call to let me know if the books arrived...or didn't.
